last night , linnea came bounding out of the dining room holding this "5 talbot" cookie. she said it was for our family so think it's only fitting that you all can see it, even if you can't taste it (and it tastes so good.). she also made the gnome later on when we all sat down to decorate cookies in the shelton dining room.i don't think i'd ever had a home made gingerbread cookie before these ones. the home sweet home cookie is my creation. chalice started decorating a gingerbread man but it ended up as a forest landscape, complete with pine trees and streams and the sun shining down from the gingerbread head:-)
i feel guilty eating these cookies!! so much time spent and then in five bites they're gone forever. there's some injustice going on there. posted by kyrie
