a little advice (in stressful times)

From my Aunt Lyn:

Work hard.
Pray hard.
Sleep hard.

also floss, fastwalk and use sunblock.

(these may actually be the answers to life. I think I'm inspired.)

wait. i love all the advice except the 'walk fast.' walk slow. that was one of my ways in my article '15 ways to improve your semester.' carl always walked slow no matter where he was going and i feel like it brought peace into his life...or expressed the peace that was always there. don't forget that you are just one creature in the universe living your life. don't let things feel so overly important! enjoy...

no brae. you're missing the point. excercise is the point. exercise is beautiful and gives you energy, strength and a healthy outlook...but running and all those machine are just sort of ridiculous.

walking fast is the answer.
and walkign fast is so theraputic. stick headphone in. turn up sigur rose. look at the sky. pray to the creator.

Sienna, I was told in my PE that walking fast or running doesn't actually burn more calories than walking at a normal pace. You can just get more of it done in a shorter amount of time. But, that may have not been your point so-- off to dinner!
